NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?
- Returns must be set up by the customer and they’ll cover shipping on returns. The customer has 7 days to exchange products from the day they receive it.
- Returns are only valid for defective products. (irregularities, rips, tears, etc…)
- Returns will be added to your account as credit to receive other products, but we do not offer cash back.
Go to the My Account page.
There, you’ll see an “Order Listing” option.
From the Order Listing, request your return.
